Whistleblower system
The EU’s so-called “Whistleblower Directive” has been implemented and came into force with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). The law is intended to strengthen the protection of whistleblowers and other people affected by a report. The aim is to ensure that they are not threatened with any disadvantages within the framework of the provisions of this law. The HinSchG deals exclusively with information/whistleblowing in a professional context. These are violations of the law or actions that could cause harm to employees or the general public.
In accordance with the regulations of the HinSchG, the Oskar Kämmer School has set up a whistleblower system that processes incoming reports and takes or initiates any necessary follow-up measures and of course also applies to us as a subsidiary. It is ensured that the information is treated confidentially.
