New Application for KIBS: Nursery / Kita / Primary / Secondary

1) When the child starts first grade, instead of the trial days, an inquiry is made to the child's kindergarten about the child's level of school-relevant development, followed by a personal meeting.

Fees for municipally funded spots

Our contingent of a total of 159 spots includes:

• 50 municipally funded spots in the Kita
• 30 municipally funded spots in the Nursery

Eligible are exclusively families with primary residence in the city area of Hannover.
Proof of income is essential for these spots.
A municipally funded Kita spot for children over the age of 3 is tuition-free.

For your consideration:
The demand for municipally funded spots is always very high. They can only be allocated if there are still spots available from this contingent promised by the city.
Fees are levied on the basis of the City of Hanover's funding level table - this is available on the website of the City of Hannover and can be downloaded as a pdf document.

Fees for private spots

• Kita Spot: 625,00 € monthly plus 15,00 € monthly fee for the booster club
• Nursery Spot: 765,00 € monthly plus 5,00 € monthly fee for the booster club

Fees for the booster club are used to finance the music and movement promotion program.

Sibling discounts Kita

• 30 % discount for a second child
• 50 % discount for a third child

The allocation of the sibling discount is made in accordance with the following principles:
The most care intensive spot is charged in full in each case, the next oldest child gets the discount.

*1) Options of Admission fee: Choice between Liquidity deposit or donation

• Liquidity deposit: Admission fee will be refunded upon leaving the institution or credited towards our primary school admission fee.
• Donation: Admission fees are not refundable when leaving the institution, but will be credited towards our primary school admission fee.

*2) The monthly fee is split into 10 levels based on the income of the parent or guardian and is between 0,00 € - 480,00 €. For further information, please click here.

*3) There are no fees for children from the age of three.

Please be aware that the subsidised spots are unfortunately limited and in high demand. In addition, the spots are only available to families residing in the city of Hannover.

In the school there are only private spots with parental fees based on income.
In order to calculate your parental fee, we need to know the family's positive annual gross household income. In case of voluntary payment of the maximum fee, the information is not required..

The school fees are

• a minimum of € 245.00 and a maximum of € 1,042.00 per month for primary
• a minimum of € 371.00 and a maximum of € 1,203.00 per month for secondary (Class 5 and over)

Sibling discounts

• The oldest child pays the full school fees
• The second child receives a 30% discount on the monthly school fee
• The third child receives a 50% discount on the monthly school fee
• Additional children receive discount according to individual contractual agreement

With the automated confirmation of receipt of this form, you will receive a link to the contribution calculator to determine your child's tuition fee yourself. After acceptance into the first class or successful trial days, the income must be proven by submitting the income tax assessment notice or a preliminary income estimate with appropriate supporting documents. The final income tax assessment must be submitted by the start of school at the latest.

If you wish for your child to switch to KIBS and be invited to trial days, we charge a fee of 50.00 EUR to cover the associated costs. Payments are made exclusively by direct debit. Please provide your bank details below:

• Cancellation 1 week before the scheduled date: 10,00 €
• Cancellation 3 days before the scheduled date: 25,00 €
• Cancellation 1 day before the scheduled date: 50,00 €

No cancellation fee will be charged in case of verifiable cancellation due to illness or postponement.
