The law is intended to strengthen the protection of whistleblowers and other people affected by a report. The aim is to ensure that they are not threatened with any disadvantages within the framework of the provisions of this law. The HinSchG deals exclusively with information\/whistleblowing in a professional context. These are violations of the law or actions that could cause harm to employees or the general public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the regulations of the HinSchG, the Oskar K\u00e4mmer School has set up a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/oskar-kaemmer-schule.hinweis.digital\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/oskar-kaemmer-schule.hinweis.digital\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">whistleblower system<\/a><\/strong> that processes incoming reports and takes or initiates any necessary follow-up measures and of course also applies to us as a subsidiary.
